Starting from via Tribunali, you will walk along the decumanus and cardinus streets of the old Neapolis. You will also see the ruins of an ancient roman theatre that has been buried underneath later layers of urbanisation. You will walk along the higher decumanus, today called via Anticaglia, to reach piazza San Gaetano, where you will admire the old roman columns that decorate the façade of San Paolo Maggiore. You will visit the archaeological sites underneath the church of San Lorenzo, to see the ancient city now buried several meters below the street level.
